CDM Training
CDM training is available from 3‑hour sessions up to 3 full days (with accreditation).
The training covers all duty‑holder responsibilities and accountabilities, sets out the requirements for key documentation (including Pre‑Construction Information, Construction Phase Plans, and Health and Safety Files), and highlights the importance of Design Risk Management, significant risks and residual risks.

Building Safety Act

This training offers an overview of the BSA, including key roles and responsibilities (duties), compliance requirements, and the regulatory frameworks governing building design, construction and maintenance.
